National and Library Archives Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Cancellation/Refund/Return Policy
Cancel request /Refunds /Return will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment; proof of damage has to be agreed within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Unauthorized use of this website and any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence as National Library and Archives reserves the full right to take necessary legal actions to preserve its database and information. UAE Courts shall be the competent National Library and Archives to settle any arising disputes.
